Allana played for Australia at Rugby Sevens 2013 and then was injured repeatedly to her knees, which caused Allana on the sidelines. She returned to rugby league after several years. Allana participated in her first female soccer match in 2015 and was a star in the game for New South Wales when they played Queensland.
